    A Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies [BA(Arch Stud)] from the University of Hong Kong, or a qualification of equivalent standard from another University or comparable institution accepted for this purpose; a student without an architecture degree shall not be deemed eligible for admission.
    The Master of Architecture (MArch) is a two-year full-time programme offered by the Department of Architecture, leading to a professionally accredited MArch degree.; The professional Master of Architecture degree is recognized by the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA), the Architects Registration Board of HKSAR (ARB), the Commonwealth Association of Architects (CAA), the National Board of Architectural Accreditation (NBAA) and the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).; Through a multidisciplinary curriculum emphasising current design and production technologies alongside an understanding of the historical and theoretical culture of architecture, the programme enables students to acquire broad the expertise, skills and knowledge to confront the complexities of contemporary architectural discourse, design and practice.

    The Master of Housing Management (MHousMan) is an interdisciplinary programme offered by the Department of Urban Planning and Design. The programme is designed not only to upgrade the training and skills of practising housing professionals but also to provide intellectual and professional training to those wishing to specialize in the housing area at postgraduate level. The MHousMan degree programme has two streams of study, the Academic Stream and the Professional Stream. The MHousMan (Professional Stream) is recognized by the Chartered Institute of Housing and the Hong Kong Institute of Housing.

    The MSc (IPD) provides a project management education to meet the needs of those working in integrated project delivery enabled by virtual design and construction (VDC). Learning is enabled with the latest BIM, GIS and gaming technologies available in the HKUrban Lab 5D BIM Lab in Hong Kong and Shanghai. The course is designed to provide construction and real estate project managers and professionals with an advanced education in key aspects of the land conversion process that affect decisions relating to real estate and construction in both the private and public sectors.

    The MSc(Real Estate) programme approaches real estate from a business and economic perspective. The aims of the programme are threefold. The first aim is to introduce students to real estate assets and markets, within the overall framework of national, regional and urban economies. The second aim is to provide students with the theoretical insight and the analytical skills to identify potentially viable real estate investments and real estate development opportunities, including identifying and structuring innovative land conversion ventures and real estate investment and project financing.
