5月16日，為了提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量，并考慮到通貨膨脹的因素，英國(guó)頂尖大學(xué)將被允許在£9,000學(xué)費(fèi)的基礎(chǔ)上，提高學(xué)費(fèi)，此舉已經(jīng)被列入白皮書，準(zhǔn)備議案，議案題目為知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的成功。
